Here we deepen the ability to stay in the present moment. You will explore the stability of attention, the space between thoughts and how to find contact with the body through observation. The course teaches you to maintain focus even during external stimuli. Classes help to form an internal reference point. The emphasis is on the body, breathing and connection with the space around.
